Simplon et Educamas s’associent pour offrir des opportunités en IA et Data à 140 jeunes Colombiens
Dans le cadre de son partenariat avec Educamas, et financé par l’Internet Society Foundation, Simplon va déployer un projet qui vise à offrir de meilleures opportunités économiques à 140 jeunes colombien.nes en proposant des programmes de formation professionnelle gratuits et inclusifs qui ciblent les métiers en tension dans l'intelligence artificielle et la data.
Deux programmes de formation seront proposés ciblant les rôles de Data Analyst (4 mois) et Data Science & AI Developer (6 mois). Educamas s'associe à Simplon pour mettre en œuvre afin participer à l’autonomisation économique de personnes vulnérables en les aidant à trouver un emploi dans le domaine des données et de l'IA, conformément aux objectifs de SCILLS (Strengthening Communities/Improving Lives and Livelihoods) Le programme de ISF (Internet Society Foundation) qui vise à favoriser l'inclusion économique et l'accès à l'éducation en renforçant la compétence d'utilisation d'Internet au sein des individus et des communautés.
Depuis 2019, Educamas coopère avec Simplon pour développer le programme Programate, un programme de formation professionnelle qui forme des personnes éloignées de l’emploi aux métiers techniques du numérique. Dans le cadre du projet actuel, Educamas bénéficiera de l'expertise de Simplon pour soutenir la conception et la mise en œuvre du projet. Simplon a déjà soutenu la mise en œuvre de programmes de formation similaires sur les données et l'IA pour les personnes issues de populations vulnérables dans plusieurs pays, dont la France, l'Espagne, le Maroc et la Côte d'Ivoire. Les programmes de formation seront déployés sur la base de l'approche innovante de Simplon, axée sur l'acquisition de compétences en simulant des situations professionnelles dans le domaine cible grâce à un apprentissage par projet.

As part of a partnership with Educamas, and funded by the Internet Society Foundation, Simplon will deploy a project that aims to offer better economic opportunities to 140 young Colombians by offering free and inclusive professional training programs that target in-demand jobs in data and artificial intelligence.
Two training programs will be offered targeting the roles of Data Analyst (4 months) and Data Science & AI Developer (6 months).
Educamas is partnering with Simplon to implement the project based on an innovative learning approach, aimed at economically empowering underserved people in the field of data and AI, in accordance with the objectives of SCILLS (Strengthening Communities/Improving Lives and Livelihoods).
The ISF’s (Internet Society Foundation) program which aims to promote economic inclusion and access to education by strengthening the competence to use the Internet within individuals and communities.
Since 2019, Educamas has been cooperating with Simplon to develop Programate project, a professional training program that trains underserved people aged 18 and over to fill in-demand technological roles related to software development. As part of the current project, Educamas will benefit from Simplon's expertise to support the design and implementation of the project. Simplon has already supported the implementation of similar data and AI training programs for underserved people in several countries, including France, Spain, Morocco and Ivory Coast. The training programs will be deployed on the basis of Simplon's innovative approach, focused on the acquisition of skills by simulating professional situations in the target field through project-based learning.
