VRTEEK remporte le concours XR for Good: Metaverse Start-up Competition 2023 en Égypte!
Simplon, en collaboration avec l'Université égyptienne d'informatique et Meta, a participé à l’organisation d’un concours pour soutenir les start-ups égyptiennes innovantes dans les technologies immersives — le grand gagnant, VRTEEK, spécialisé dans la technologie VR/AR, a reçu 10 000 USD.
L'initiative avait pour objectif de soutenir les start-ups égyptiennes développant des utilisations novatrices du métavers et de la technologie immersive en alignement avec les objectifs de développement durable des Nations unies.
Simplon, en tant que partenaire de l'événement, a participé à la définition des méthodes de la compétition et des critères d'évaluation, a mis en place une conférence en ligne à destination des Égyptiens sur la découverte des technologies immersives, et a participé à la sélection finale des Start-Ups innovantes.
Le concours, administré par l'Université égyptienne d'informatique, s'est déroulé en trois phases. Les start-ups participantes ont été évaluées sur la base de six critères, notamment les besoins du marché et l'impact social, l'utilisation de technologies métavers, la stratégie de mise sur le marché, la commercialisation de l'innovation, l'avantage concurrentiel et la défendabilité, ainsi que le développement du MVP et l'expérience utilisateur.
Le grand vainqueur de ce concours est VRTEEK, une entreprise spécialisée dans la technologie VR/AR et se distingue en créant du contenu immersif, des visites virtuelles, des vidéos à 360°, des installations, des présentations interactives, et bien d'autres applications liées à l'utilisation de technologies de pointe pour le lancement, la promotion et la présentation de nouveaux produits.

VRTEEK wins XR for Good: Metaverse Start-up Competition 2023 in Egypt!
Simplon, in collaboration with the Egyptian University of Computer Science and Meta, organized a competition to support innovative Egyptian start-ups in immersive technologies - the overall winner, VR/AR technology specialist VRTEEK, received 10,000 USD.
The initiative aimed to support Egyptian start-ups developing innovative uses of metaverse and immersive technology in alignment with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
Simplon, as partner of the event, participated in the definition of the Competition methods and evaluation criteria, organized an online conference for Egyptians on the discovery of metaverse and immersive technologies, and participated in the final selection of innovative Start-Ups.
The competition, administered by the Egyptian University of Informatics, took place in three phases. Participating start-ups were evaluated on the basis of six criteria, including market needs and social impact, use of metaversive technologies, go-to-market strategy, commercialization of innovation, competitive advantage and defensibility, as well as MVP development and user experience.
The overall winner of the competition is VRTEEK, a company specializing in VR/AR technology and distinguishing itself by creating immersive content, virtual tours, 360° videos, installations, interactive presentations, and many other applications linked to the use of cutting-edge technologies for the launch, promotion and presentation of new products.
